My Story: From Trauma to Tranquility

Mindfulness, for me, has been more than just a practice – it's been a transformative journey towards self-compassion and understanding. This journey began in 2008, deeply rooted in the struggle to heal from extreme childhood trauma. Through mindfulness, I've discovered a path that has not only led me towards healing but also kindled a profound sense of compassion for myself and those around me.

The Path of Insight Meditation

My practices are anchored in Insight (Vipassana) meditation and the teachings of the Theravadain tradition. Under the guidance of esteemed teachers like Gil Fronsdal, Oren Jay Sofer, Sharon Salzberg, and Jack Kornfield, I've explored the depths of mindfulness. Their teachings have been a beacon, illuminating the path towards inner peace and self-liberation.


Daily Practice: A Foundation of Hope

Each day, as I sit in meditation, I find myself grounded and hopeful. This daily ritual is not just a practice but a profound encounter with the present moment. It offers me a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the core of my being. This continuous journey into mindfulness has revealed to me that my true calling lies in aiding the liberation of others and myself, delving deeper into the vast expanse of mindful practice.
